Closing the feedback loop made the system work, and it remains the foundation for everything that follows. Generation, validation, and revision reinforce each other, and as long as that signal stays intact, progress is real.
What I am focused on now is extending that loop beyond a single session. The current setup assumes continuity and immediate access to state, which holds for short horizons and breaks down as soon as work needs to persist across time or survive interruption.
The open question is how progress should carry forward when conditions change. Feedback is still necessary, yet it cannot be the only mechanism. Reliability at longer horizons will depend on how state is owned, recovered, and advanced over time.
